PARADIGMS FOR ASSESSING THE «YAKYN INKAR» MOVEMENT FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF RELIGIOUS AND SPIRITUAL SECURITY OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

This article describes the reasons and religious-cognitive foundations of the emergence of the Yakin Inkar group, originating from Tablighi Jamaat, and also analyzes it from theological, political and historical points of view. A connection has been established between Yaqin Inkar and the Pakistani movement of Tablighi Jamaat, its position has been determined on the basis of such teachings as fiqh, kalam and tasawwuf. The article talks about the extent to which the Yaqin Inkar organization, the main object of our study, uses conservative or modern points of view. Since these principles determine its attitude towards terrorist, violent actions and politics. The article assesses the degree of danger of this organization, provides the conclusions of local and global experts, and also clarifies the level of its involvement in radical elements and global jihadism. Through these measurements, it is possible to determine the impact of Yakin Inkar’s actions on society and achieve an effective result in the ensuing consequences. The degree of compatibility with Kazakhstan’s secular, democratic position is also discussed. In order to ensure the religious and spiritual security of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to provide the general public with comprehensive, pre-prepared information, scientific and educational research timely. From this point of view, our research work becomes relevant.
